As we lead up to the Providence Bay Fair, there have been lots of questions about what will be happening. Here is the complete schedule of events/guide to all things Prov Fair 2021! The fair is a hybrid model, meaning that there will be some in-person and some virtual elements. Here is what will be happening:
-July 24th: Deadline to enter the Farmer’s Tan Photo Contest (submit photos by messaging us on Facebook!) Keep an eye on our Facebook for other photo contests throughout the month!
-August 1st: Deadline to enter the Haybale Structure/Front Yard Display contest. The theme is “Bushels, Bales & Tales” and you can register your display by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
-August 6th: Deadline to pre-register your events for the exhibit hall. The exhibit book and pre-registration can be found here: https://providencebayfair.ca/exhibits/
-August 15th: Exhibits can be dropped off at the Exhibit Hall from 1-5 PM.
-August 16th: Exhibits can be dropped off at the Exhibit Hall from 8-11 AM. Exhibits will be judged in the afternoon and a 360 video will be taken and posted to online afterwards so that you can “virtually” walk through the hall.

-August 19th: If you ordered a “Swag Bag,” they can be picked up at the fairgrounds from 10 AM – 7 PM.
